WORK SAMPLES
A few examples of how I think, write, and build.

01 — DEMAND STRATEGY, SAME-DAY
A One Page Strategy – Near Term Growth
A bootstrapped SaaS founder needed near-term paths to revenue growth. This memo maps four moves against cost, time, and ARR/NRR impact — including activating a co-op partner channel (~4,000 member clinics, currently a referral listing, not a co-selling motion).
| Move | Cost | Time | Impact |
|---|---|---|---|
| Activate co-op channel: joint webinars, onboarding cohorts, attributed pipeline reporting | $40–80K | 1–2 qtrs | ~$384K–960K new ARR at 2–5% penetration |
| Show realized savings in-product, one standardized methodology | $60–120K | 1–2 qtrs | High-NRR: renewal decided by visible return |
| Publish multi-site pricing, replace “contact us” with a visible expansion path | $30–60K | 1 qtr | Path to >100% NRR via rooftop expansion |
| Name the “free” alternative directly and answer the objection in-conversation | $20–40K | 1 qtr | Least expensive ARR available — fixes the largest funnel leak |
02 — ENTERPRISE SALES ENABLEMENT
A 40-page proposal, built to survive a buying committee
An RFP-response proposal written to bring a large IDD-services provider onto Statewise’s EHR platform: an executive summary that reframes the deal as a partnership, four service lines translated out of clinical jargon, a security and technical architecture section, and a seven-phase implementation schedule from discovery to go-live. The client’s name is marked proprietary by Statewise and is blurred throughout — the writing and structure are shown as delivered.
03 — SYSTEMS & FRACTIONAL WORK
Built to run, not just to present
A go-to-market automation workflow for a lean marketing team: HubSpot as the CRM and web platform, Clay for enrichment and buying-group research, Instantly for verification, first-touch outreach, and engagement signals — with Claude working across every step, including building landing pages. Anonymized and shown as the system map.

From my fractional work with Waters Business Consulting Group: a one-page sales flyer for its landscape-industry practice. It leads with client proof — revenue and margin growth for two landscape companies, backed by owner testimonials — then makes the offer concrete: one landscape company per market, and a single call to action to check availability.
04 — ALSO WORTH A LOOK
Range, compressed
- Growth strategy: a 26-slide growth marketing assessment for a healthcare agency, with a 90-day roadmap and a content framework that turns one whitepaper into a quarter’s worth of distribution. View the roadmap →

The 90-day roadmap: orient, then focus, then activate.
- Executive thought leadership: ghostwrote Statewise’s COO into Healthcare Tech Outlook on why the company wrote an AI governance framework before shipping a single AI feature. Read it →

As printed in Healthcare Tech Outlook.
- Partner co-marketing: produced a co-hosted webinar across four organizations — Statewise, ANCOR, HealthStream, and a live provider case study — aligned incentives, one shared narrative. Deck available on request.

Thanks for taking a look. Happy to walk through any of this on a call.
